Titan Company has appointed Ruma Kishore as its Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), succeeding Krishnan Venkateswaran, who will retire upon superannuation on July 1, 2026. Kishore confirmed the development to FE FUTECH but declined to provide further details.
“The Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and unanimously approved the appointment of Ms. Ruma Kishore as the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and Senior Management Personnel effective 1st July 2026. The current CDIO, Mr. Krishnan Venkateswaran, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company would superannuate effective 1 st July 2026,” said the company in a filing to the exchanges.

She has been recognized as India’s top woman IT leader by the Economic Times and Indian Express and is distinguished as the first female recipient of IIM Mumbai’s Distinguished Alumna award, where she currently serves on the Board of Governors. Ruma provides mentorship at the Indian School of Business and has contributed her expertise to the All India Council for technical education committee.
