Prestige Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, announced a three-year strategic partnership with Autodesk, a global Design & Make platform company, to deploy Autodesk Forma, along with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and the Autodesk AEC Collection across its enterprise.

Through this partnership, Prestige Group will standardize on Autodesk’s complete Design and Make platform—spanning design authoring tools and Autodesk Construction Cloud—to create a unified, connected ecosystem across its portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

The transformation will also introduce process standardization, enterprise-wide digital alignment, and capability-building initiatives for partners—redefining how projects are designed, managed, and delivered across the organization.

All stakeholders on a common platform

Beyond technology deployment, this signals a structural shift in operating models—bringing consultants, contractors, and stakeholders into a digitally integrated framework designed to support scale, transparency, and long-term resilience.

As part of its broader digital transformation initiative, Prestige Group will additionally implement advanced 4D and 5D capabilities at scale—integrating design, scheduling, cost, and execution workflows within a unified digital environment. This enterprise-wide approach positions Prestige among the first real estate developers globally to pursue 4D/5D implementation at this scale using Autodesk technologies.

“Prestige Group has always believed in setting new benchmarks in quality and execution. As we scale our portfolio and vision, digital transformation becomes central to how we operate,” said Vishesh Kaul, Chief Information & Digital Officer, Prestige Group. “By partnering with Autodesk, we are building a connected digital backbone that unifies design and execution across our enterprise. This move enables greater collaboration, improved efficiency, and stronger control across our projects while positioning us for a more sustainable and future-ready growth journey.”

The collaboration with Prestige Group further strengthens Autodesk’s engagement with leading developers and underscores the growing shift toward design-led, technology-enabled transformation. “By embracing integrated, cloud-based platforms, the industry can revolutionize how projects are delivered—enabling sustainable, design-driven, and cost-efficient developments to be completed in significantly less time,” said Kamolika Peres Gupta, Vice President, Autodesk India & SAARC.
